YaySong (“YaySong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Mon Louis Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the YaySong app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using YaySong, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Content you create — the names, descriptions, stories, and photos you add about the people in your family in order to create songs, along with the songs YaySong creates for you.
• Communications — messages or feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage information — how you interact with the app, such as features used and actions taken, so we can understand and improve the experience.
• Device and diagnostic information — basic device details and crash or error reports that help us keep the app stable.

How we use your information

• To create and deliver the songs you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To protect the security and integrity of the app and our users.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. We share information you submit with third-party service providers that help us create and deliver your songs and operate the app (for example, hosting, storage, and diagnostics). These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

Children’s privacy

YaySong is intended for use by adults, and accounts may only be created by users who are old enough to do so under the law where they live. While the songs you create are often about children, the account holder is responsible for the information they choose to provide. YaySong is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your account and associated content from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of YaySong after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
